New Patient Registration

consultation1The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.

To register you need to either fill in a application form which you can obtain from reception, register online (see tab above) or present your medical card. Once your application is accepted we will contact your previous GP to receive your medical records.

As this practice is a partnership you have the right to express a preference to your registered GP. Your preference would need to be recorded in writing to the practice and you can still see any of the partners in the practice. All new patients are invited to attend for a new patient health check.

Please contact reception for further information.

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.   You will need to bring in proof of your address when you register with the practice.
