The receptionist will take your details including an up-to-date telephone number and a doctor will call you back the same day. If you need to speak to a doctor urgently please inform the receptionist when you call.

Keeping Appointments

As we are a busy partnership please endeavour to attend for your appointments and please ring and cancel any appointments that can not be attended.

Patients Who Do Not Attend Appointments

Due to the high increase in patients not attending appointments, the practice has developed a new policy for frequent non attendees. If a patient repeatedly fails to attend appointments, then they will be asked to find a new GP.

If you would like a chaperone (a member of staff to sit in) at any point during your appointment or examination please ask at reception or ask the GP or clinican you are seeing.
